Over this past week, I ate Three quadruple bacon cheeseburgers made with four, 1/3rd pound beef patties, Lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, thousand island dressing, mustard, ketchup, mayonnaise and thousand island dressing, with onion rings on the burgers.... on a pretzel bun. I drank 35 bottles of "Muscle Milk", and 35 of those high Potassium "naked" brand smoothies, about half of them with over 900 milligrams of Potassium, and up to 30 grams of protein each. And a few whole cases of "Jumex" brand Strawberry Banana nectars. I drank about 50 glasses of orange juice, filled to the point wher
