The unexamined rape kits: https://www.adn.com/opinions/2016/09/03/rape-kit-backlog-reflects-failure-of-justice-in-alaska/ The DNA cheek swabs for even the most minor infractions allegedly committed by men. The computer databases of men's DNA maintained by police and various law enforcement and crime-fighting organizations. The "expert witnesses," exempt from the usual rules of subpoena, who are paid to appear in court, and not required to reveal the particulars of their proprietary methods. The ladies of the street who feel sexually harassed and dig in men's shorts at law for DNA samples. The sperm banks, the paternity suits, the demands of strange women at law for alimony and child support, etc. The DNA "match sites" attested in court, slyly likened to internet dating "match sites," subtly implying to the jury that the defendant may have visited such sites on the Internet. The "odds" reported so many million to one, as if the ladies were playing BINGO at Finn Hall. The "witnesses" who so conveniently "come forward" to accuse these men when the ladies check their horoscope after completing the crossword puzzle in the daily newspaper. The innocent women who get no justice when they are raped because of a system that punishes innocent men and shields the guilty. B-52 posted a topic in Government, NWO and PoliticsThere are three major, major, major gun control laws on the books in the United States, so important to the feds that they override all other principles of justice, law, and order including the Constitution and especially its Second Amendment.: Gun Control Act of 1968 Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act of 1993 NICS Improvement Amendments Act of 2007 For one thing, all three of these Chinese//Russian influenced laws need to be dumped in the trashbin of history and those who lobbied for them and passed them arrested, indicted, tried, convicted, and punished under the general federal bribery statute 18 U.S.C. § 201, if our nation is even yet able to muster the due process to prosecute such cowards and traitors who under foreign influence deprived us of our birthrights and rights of citizenship by naturalization. For another thing, there's a database -- if you are persona non grata in the database, you are subject to fines and up to ten years' imprisonment for possessing a firearm, or even so much as a fragment of shrapnel -- because the law does not specify that the ammunition has to be "live" in order for you to become a criminal for possessing it. It's a computer database. It's not classified or protected. The criminals hacked it already, and they got guns all legal 'n' shit registered in their own name ... http://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/fbi-gun-control-database-wanted-fugitives-removed-definition-change-law-ban-buy-weapons-a8072016.html https://www.nssf.org/gun-control-database-misses-the-forest-for-the-trees/ https://www.washingtonpost.com/powerpost/gun-control-rivals-team-up-on-bill-to-fix-background-check-database/2017/11/15/47b2ee84-ca57-11e7-8321-481fd63f174d_story.html And now they're hard at work accepting foreign bribes on both sides of the aisle and passing yet more onerous laws to make it even more difficult for law-abiding citizens to possess firearms.
