Being armed with scalpels, poisons, drugs, and infectious agents, and causing so many deaths especially of military and ex-military members and those associated with them, these doctors are risking a legal classification as hostile military combatants rather than accused murderers. The cost of prosecuting these murders one by one in a court of law is greatly exceeding available resources, and the risk to life and limb of the general population is already exceeding the jurisdiction of courts of civil law in the United States....
