Common Law Court Remedy

Recommended Posts

Hi All,

John Smith from Scotland, has convened, what we think is the first Common Law Court for many a year.

Everyone on earth can utilise this court.

It's very simple, if you record your birth certificate and legal name with the court, they will give you a deed, confirming that you "the living man/woman" are alive and claiming your legal identity, which is normally used by the authorities to enslave you.

The more people that join, the more power the people will have.

Really appreciate you reading this post and joining the CLC.

Thank you.

The "face book" is where your arrest photo goes on file permanently. The usual line-up of male suspects for female witnesses. Don't kid yourself. Some girl recognizes you in the line-up from way back when for any reason, and she's "put on the spot" by the cops to "press charges," uh, dude, you're taking the fall for it, whatever it is, if your photo's in that book. You're in the line-up. Already got snookered into the deal by the D.A.

To wit:

>>> A complaint, information, or indictment is merely an allegation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law. <<<

Oh, of course. And meanwhile they wear those "offender" monitoring anklets out in the community so their mob bosses can keep a better eye on them.

An "indictment" which is not a formal charge of a serious crime passed by a grand jury? I'm no attorney, but cut that shit off with a pair of medical shears and leave the borough already.
