Plan to eliminate the homeless

We have a "pillars of the community" problem in Anchorage. CITY HALL is looking for a Samson, and the objective here is purportedly to create wealth by cutting hair.

It is just totally HAIR->EYES->PRISON. For those whom these financial crooks even allow to live.

"Functional zero" means brain death. "Ending homelessness benefits the entire community." Not so. Jesus testifies, "For ye have the poor with you always, and whensoever ye will ye may do them good: but me ye have not always" [Mark 14:7].

"Ending homelessness is not easy. Most importantly, housing must be available." They are talking population control, and eliminating social undesirables, running them off to the gas chambers. I know, because I have been classified by the U.S. government as a "social undesirable" -- and placed on "the list" of persons prohibited from possessing firearms, while the run me off the property at gunpoint wherever I go.

The emphasis on "public health and safety" most pointedly does not include the homeless, mentally ill, and other undesirables who have been systematically disenfranchised and marginalized without any recourse whatsoever in a court of law.

There is a "warm bed for every child." That is child molestation up to age 18, and forcible prostitution and legalized rape after age 18.

Several non-profit organizations are involved in these white nationalist war crimes

Wherefore a court of proper and competent military jurisdiction must be convened for the purpose of prosecuting these crimes, in the absence of law and order left by the abdication of the authority of the Municipality of Anchorage in these matters.
