And this guy's dead already. Some of these bosses are just plain in too deep to get out. It's still not clear if there is an "angle" or hidden motivation to the federal crackdown on automotive organized crime.

The feds are still not paying attention to used car markets, which remain beset by severe, intractable problems with title laundering by low-class state auto licensing contractors, arbitrary repossessions by dealers and lenders, and malicious impoundment by overly aggressive municipalities and jurisdictions.
