They produced some magnificent instruments and spent a lot of money, still I defy anyone to make sense of the dazzling columns of observations .. now that I think of it the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration had been under fire for a long time re the amount of taxpayer's money it gobbled up, looking thru it all it seems they were having a picnic on the Governments buck .. correct me if you think I'm wrong.
