Britney Spears' conservatorship

Recommended Posts

She's fighting to end something in court that shouldn't be allowed to exist in the first place.

We need to hunt down those lawyers and financial advisors to torture them out of their ill gotten gains. And it gets worse.

Jamie's attorney reiterated his belief that Montgomery is responsible for several of the things Britney complained about during her previous testimony ... like her desire to remove the IUD and get married.

So sexual bondage is involved, compelling prostitution. She has to be a prostitute with that IUD.

The father is probably being drugged and blackmailed, as well. The old man wouldn't be such a dotard if he were acting on his own free will.

(a) Except as provided in subdivision (b), any person who, knowing another person is a prostitute, lives or derives support or maintenance in whole or in part from the earnings or proceeds of the person’s prostitution, or from money loaned or advanced to or charged against that person by any keeper or manager or inmate of a house or other place where prostitution is practiced or allowed, or who solicits or receives compensation for soliciting for the person, is guilty of pimping, a felony, and shall be punishable by imprisonment in the state prison for three, four, or six years.

Rep. Charlie Crist, D-Florida., and Rep. Nancy Mace, R-S.C., introduced the bipartisan "Free Britney Act" on Tuesday.  "Abusive conservatorships can be an unending nightmare, and tragically we don't know how many people are being held captive against their will under the broken guardianship system," Crist said in a statement on Tuesday. "We do know, however, that we need federal safeguards to protect persons under guardianship from abuse and exploitation."

Now this "Crist" fellow really needs his dick and balls amputated if he can't keep them in his own shorts. The wedding proposal he offers on the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives is worthless. Rapists and extortioners cannot be allowed to introduce further legislation for promoting and compelling human trafficking.
